Energizing Facial Steam

This steam contains herbs that contribute to memory support and aid brain circulation. Herbal steams are also a wonderful tool for clearing congestion in the airways.

Instructions:
Drop 1-2 teaspoons into pot of simmering water on the stovetop. Breathe in the hot steam, taking breaks to exfoliate if desired. When finished, discard used herbs and store unused portion for future use.
