Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased, I have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Be advised that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be no more than 50% used. Once received, the item will be weighed and/or measured out to determine percentage used.

To start a return, you may contact me at dailygraceprovisions@outlook.com. Please provide the reason why you would like to return the item and your order information. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Daily Grace Provisions, 713 Cedar Street, Alexandria, MN, 56308 

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return, without contact information, or after 30 days will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If an item is more than 50% used, was a sale item, or is a gift card, it cannot be returned. I do want to be aware of shortcomings, so if any of these situation apply please get in touch with specific questions or concerns. 

Exchanges Exchanges are not an option for my products. If you are unsure of what item you would like to purchase, you may reach out for a sample pack. This is an assortment of tea (10 different tea bags for $12), or an assortment of Tub Tea (3 different sachets for $7). Please be aware that these sample packs will not come in original packaging and you will need to reference this website for ingredient lists. Sample packs do not apply for Facial Steams.

Refunds
I will email you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
