Shipping policy

Every order will be shipped with a tracking number and my current estimate is that your order will ship within 4 to 6 business days. If you choose to ship your order without tracking and your order was not delivered to you, I cannot give you a refund or send you a replacement.

I will ship to the address that you provide. If you need your item sent to a different address, please send me a note before the time of purchase. All orders are sent by the U.S. Postal Service.

If you would like to upgrade to a different shipping method (overnight or 2-day delivery) please send me a message and I can get you a price quote from the post office. Please be aware that this will increase your shipping cost.

If you live outside of the lower 48 in the United States, you are responsible for any additional international custom charges. Please note that once your order arrives in your country of destination, local taxes and duties may apply and they differ from country to country. Please check with your local post office for these taxes and duties. 

Please understand that in order to better care for our natural resources I re-use packing materials whenever possible. Don't worry -- the packages and bags that contain your tea are never secondhand. :)
